Alright so this pipe came on a none running 250r that I purchase for parts. The silencer had a COFFMAN'S badge on it that was crooked and looked like it was just stuck on there with some caulk, so I removed it. The spring holders are flat. The expansion chamber looks like it's part sectional.
Any ideas? I've looked and looked and can't find. Thanx

It looks to me like a Bassani wich is a very good pipe.

Its not Bassani or Bills. Bills has multiple obvious sections in the expansion chamber area and turns down right after the stinger. That pipe pictured is not sectional, but does turn down right after the stinger. Bill's silencer would be different as well. Bassani has fewer sections, but more than the pictured pipe, and exits the stinger 1 1/2in before turning down. Silencer is much different.

Someone upload that pipe dreams article from af.com, please

i have a Coffman's Gen 1 exhaust but the silencer is steel with a Coffman's sticker. Pipe looks similar from what i remember. I'll pull it out today and take some pics

What you have there is a Coffman's pipe with a later Coffman's silencer. I have an early steel style silencer on mine.

Here's my Coffman's

*note how the exhaust spring hooks are the same between our pipes and also that the hooks are the same on my pipe and silencer, even though my silencer is booger welded on

Wow! That's it manbearpig. Thanx for identifying it. Now I know it's worth the restoration. Seems to be a very rare pipe. Thanx again
