View Full Version : 83 200e output oil seal?
heres my current issue. cant seem to find a seal! the seal in my sub-trans is GOOOONE. quick and dirty measuring came up with 36x50x10mm? is that right? i cant seem to find this seal anywhere as listed for the 200e. also. can the case side seal for the output be changed without splitting the cases apart? or is it installed from the inside?
help! id like to order this asap!

Is it item # 23 in this diagram?? if so it is listed as still being available on MRCYCLES.COM
As for the seal being changed you may be able to pull it straight out and slide the new one in.... I am not 100% sure on the subject, Hopefully someone will chime in on that topic for ya.

uhhhh. hmm. your link sent me to the parts diagram for an 84 250r and part #23 on there is a dowel pin :P
im looking for the output seal in the subtrans on an 83 200e.
- I went to the 83 200e on mrcycles and cant even find a drawing of the seal. nothing. notta.

:O how the hell did i miss that! must be getting frustrated and looking too hard... and thats just what i needed! well #22 and #23. and it turns out i wasnt too far off on my measuring lol. I owe ya one... thanks a ton
