Tri Z swing arm bushes

Has any body got the dimensions for the swing arm bushes for the inside of a 86 Tri Z

I can't measure my own as they fell to pieces as I removed the bearings?

Alternatively can I run 2 bearings rather than the single bearing & bush set up as standard?
