I just got this thing and the front fender was actually decent and I decided to put a crappy milk crate under the engine so I Could remove the front wheel to work on the tire and check the brakes and wouldn't you know it I bumped the darn thing and knocked if to ground landing on the forks bending and breaking my fender because the mudflap bent inwards Dumb dumb dumb.

I used a plastic welding technique on my 400ex fenders. Using a low wattage soldering iron (45w) I started on the underside, with the plastic held tightly together, and would melt the upper layer of the plastic of the two sides and mixed them together in a stirring motion. Once the plastic cools it will stay in that position so have it secure and exactly as you want it when it's complete. After you get the hang of it on the under side you can go to the outward facing side and repeat the melting and mixing trying to have a smooth surface.
Take your time and it should turn out pretty good. If not, what have you lost.?.?.?

It flexed and is brittle so a triangle chunk busted off. I have the piece. Maybe I'll try that to see if I can weld it. 205822
