Big Fred with new sneaks!

211367I'm on my second 250 Big Red during my time in this world. The first one my parents bought brand new in 85 that I grew up on and abused. Now, about 15 years later, I picked up Big Fred II. Traded a 350x for it straight up. Maybe not the most even trade but the Big Red is more feasible for what I need. Plus I have a 350x basket case still sitting in the garage that will get some attention when I get around to it.

Anyways, I looking for the lug nut size the big red takes. I purchased ITP 12" wheels with 26" ITP mud lite tires. I'm not sure what size tapered lug nuts I need to mount the wheels.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I can't wait to mount these new shoes!

my ITPs seemed to go on fine with the stock red lug nuts

Good idea for the ski is it easy to turn and go through powder?

I'm sure they would go on fine but the stock lug nuts aren't tapered.

The snowboard idea didn't work....at all.

No, but It wouldn't be hard to borrow a set. Nice suggestion. I didn't think about that.

I looked around and found various ATV sites suggesting 10MM x 1.25 being Honda lug nuts. I guess I'll find out today when the get dropped off at my door step.

Lug nuts for the big red are indeed 10mm x 1.25
