What is up with the dual chain drive machine? I don't know the Yamaha 3 wheelers well, but that can't be factory? Just wondering, why do you run the mudzillas backwards? Swapping them side to side will put the tread in the other direction while keeping the rim off-set the same.
The LED tail light does look good. I'm sure other members would be interested in more details on that.
The yellow one looks nice, was that the one for $400? If so you stole it, if not the tires on the other one are worth a lot and should be great fun too.

Recently put the right bulb in my neutral indicator. Helicoiled my stripped hole in my crank sprocket cover. Mines the bright yellow one. Stole it at 400... guys are gonna be pissed when post pics of the honda 250sx im getting for 250!! :) the modified beast with the mudzillas is my.dads.. he bought it all.messed up like that.. its insane.. i just did some welding on it. Fixed his broken loose sprocket so he has two wheels drive again.. we didnt realize his tires were on backwards hahah ill let him know

It looks like your dad's machine's special drive is to lower the gearing a bit. I suspect it is a beast with them tires, with them on the right way it will go though stuff better, but if it gets stuck it might not back out so well lol. I have similar tires on a project quad (ran them on a sports quad in the past, went though more than most 4x4 quads in my area).
250 for a 250sx is another steal! Wish there were more deals like that around me, I got a ratted out 250sx for $200, but it had big red stuff welded to it... car tires in the pic was my doing, came on another beast i parted out and I wanted to use the dry rotted tires lol.

I like the tires and the tail lights!! Im curious to see how the 250sx rides.. the yamaha 200 popped me in the air and i almost flew off so hopefully the rear suspension on the Honda rides nice.. and a little more power seems like fun... I like the blaster.. my yamaha warrior is sick but way too fast and wild for the bush trail. Ill put up some warrior pics in a second

Ironically... those tires were on a 99 warrior. If memory serves me right, we regeared the sprockets to 11/52 instead of 13/40 for the factory setup. Original tires were 22in and the outlaws are a true 28in tire (actual measurement). It still wasn't geared down enough, had to ride the clutch like mad and either it wheelies or dies lol. Those tires are AMAZING in the snow. I climed a snow drift on a side of a hill that was about 4-5 feet deep, by the time I got though it, there were 2 tire tracks cleared down to the ground and the center axle mark drug though the snow lol. My dad and I really abused that machine (he bought it new but I bought it off him years back). Transmission makes a bit of noises, it smokes when reved, and the carb somehow got way out of wack and is running way too lean, the header turns orange. I have a project for that frame as it did ride great. The engine is a 1972 350 Kawasaki Big Horn road bike engine. It is 2 stroke but has a rotary valve instead of the typical reed valves. The carb literately bolts to the side of the engine. It should have slightly more power than the factory engine + 2 stroke perks.
The blaster has a 1973 500cc twin Yamaha TX500 engine with 4 valves per cyl and should put out around 50hp with it's factory setup. Engine ran great, it was originally wrecked with something like 600 miles on it and my dad got it somehow in a trade or something. The swing arm was moved back instead of extended a ways, I'm thinking like 9 inches to help with the wheelie problems. I have a feeling I'll need to really regear the sprockets on it since road bikes typically have higher gearing in the transmission.
The 250sx is very controllable. I never had problems with it trying to buck me off, of course I learned to ride on the 350 warrior and my 2 350x 3 wheelers don't scare me either and they are quite a bit faster than the warrior. I have very little experience with 2 strokes, and the 2nd 250r I rode, I just about flipped it because it ran 500 times better than the first one. Not sure if it had any work done to it over factory setup or not, but I was impressed lol. Oh rode a tri-z that was converted to a quad, was very similar to the 350 warrior's power, but it was having a small fuel delivery issue.
I attached pics since I had them on my profile already. The 350x in the pics is my beater, since then I replaced the engine with a very solid one, fixed several small things with it, tires and such. I have 3 bikes with the 350 big horn engine, so between the 3 I'd hope I can keep it running lol.
