Just bought a set of cheetahs thinking they would fit on my 1986 Tecate, they don't.. What brands are people running onthe stock rear rims and do any look like the old style tires?
There are a lot of honda hubs that fit 2nd Gen tecate axles that will give you 4 x 110 bolt pattern so you could get 9" wheels to run those tires if you want. I know it's a prime example of a run on sentence but I'm too tired to figure out how to say it correctly.

i would run the nano N602 knobby. I have one here on a 10x10 rim. its a solid staggered knobby and looks pretty similar to stock

I LOVE! my Kenda Klaws 20X10-10
Best part is you can flip them depending on the Terrain.

I wanted Klaws but ended up running Titan Fast Trekkers which are similar tread. Sold those cause 18" was tooo low to the ground and stole a pair of 20" Kenda Knarlys for $65 from a local dealer whose ebay auctioneer made a listing error for a pair and not just one tire. I was the only bidder and local pickup.
