Does anyone know who made this trailer for Honda back in the day?

I'm in the hunt for some information on which company has made the following trailer for Honda back in the 80's. Below is a picture of it:

These were made in Canada only. Any information would be much appreciated.

Not sure where they were manufactured, but surprising we don't see more pics posted up of people who still have one of these. Must have been very small supply of them sold.

From what I understand, these were made for only one year. I'd love to see one in person :)
