1977 Yamaha Enduro Gas Tank Questions

This is my dads yamaha enduro 100 he has had at our cabin for many years now. I want to fix it up make it look nice again. The tank is not original from 1977 but my dad can't remember where he got it or when. I want to get a new tank that matches this one, not the factory 1977 one. I was wondering if someone can help my identify which bike and year the tank is off of.

I also got to thinking it would be nice to have a plastic tank for it, so does anyone know if they made one for the enduros?

Nice looking little yamabag.......very clean. I'm trying to get mine cleaned up but it's a slow process.

It isn't mine, of course. I just found a picture online for an example. My first bike was a '73 AT3, so I'm quite familiar with the '73 "swoop" graphic.
