Don't know on the chain links but here you go on the brake line.

Ok did a little math. Someone please correct me if I am wrong.

520 chain has a pitch of 5/8" or .625

12" on top and 12" on bottom .625 x 24" = 15 links

Stock 250r 96 links plus 15 = 111 links

Whoops sure did screw that one up. Should of been dividing instead of multiplying.

It's plus 38 links 96+38= 134

Sorry about that.

Just order it long and cut to fit. You don't want to be adding links if you short.

Here you go

or get a cheaper 140 link chain and a chain breaker to cut.

Why a +12? What are you doing that you need a +12?

I don't know much about running long swingers, but have ya thought about talking to a suspension specialist about the rear shock? sometimes they can make the shock work how you need it and then you don't have to run such a long swinger. just a thought.
good luck with the project sounds like fun for sure!
ther eis a company in canada that sells turbo setups that can be tweaked to work on your trike. Hint hint. ;)

No unfortunately, with work and four kids, we have not had the time to go there lately. My kids want to go, and they are old enough for me to feel comfortable with them riding there. I just need to get a couple more machines for them to ride. They had a Raptor 50 and TRX 90 but outgrew them and we sold them.

I see that you have a lifted Big Red. How does that work? I have never seen a Big Red lifted before. My Can Am is great for Busco, but tears the yard up with the 28 in Outlaws. I have an electric start on the 200s, but its smoking a tad now. I need to get top end rebuilt on it. I also need to find a good mechanic for my Rancher as it has a head bolt that will not tighten anymore and it leaks oil terribly. my buddy that always did my head work is unreliable now. It sucks!

these pictures kinda sucks but its the best i have at the moment. i just added tubing to the front to make it about 2 inches taller. i bought i little 8 dollar universal 4 wheeler lift block for the rear off line....alot of guys are lifted them now

I like the lifted Big Red! Thats awesome. My neighbor told my dad about a place in Greensboro to camp and ride, sorta like Busco.

Traded the Can Am for a 350 Grizzly and some cash. Also bought a decent 1986 Big Red from down in Hertford NC.
