85 250sx. Tightening cam chain????

Looked through the service manual, somewhat tells you how to remove it and install it, but nothing about adjustments. Started making a bit of noise, just got it recently, and want it to be right. How do I do this? Anyone have a video link? Thanks.

The CAM chain tensioner is spring loaded. Once its installed, no further adjustments are necessary. When the adjuster is fully extended, the CAM chain needs to be replaced.
