Hey
I was looking through the specs page and i saw that polaris made 3 wheelers in 1986 and i'd never even knew they existed untill i read that and seen 1 on ebay a bit ago in peices. I was wondering if anyone here has ever ridden or owned one..they are 350LBS with no fluids in them so they seem kinda on the heavy side my little yammy blaster is only like 220 pounds..i can pick it up and throw it out when i get stuck. If anyone has any information or storys on the polaris 3 wheelers myself and im sure alot of others would like to know.

There's some info on the 3 wheeler world website for the Polaris, it's under 'Polaris Scrambler 3 Wheeler'.
Hope this helps
Jason :)

Howdy owns one. He even towed my 200x across the camping area at Trikefest to rig up a clutch cable.

Scroll down a little and you can see my "Baby" as it was when I got it. It is Big to say the least. Working on mine getting it going I have learned alot about them. 1 thing for sure is they can drain your bank account if new parts are needed. NOTHING when bought new is cheap for them. I was $500 over budget fixing this one. Would I do it again? Yep, and I am planning on doing it soon.
Thanks

The Polaris is slightly faster than a 200x.
No, I am not rich. I do have a fair paying job. How ever NONE of my atv's were puchased from that money. 80% of my toys was paid for from working on other peoples machines. For 6 years we worked 40+ hours a week working on ATV's. We reinvested the money in the shop as we went and that built up our machines. We did have a lot more. But we quit buying them when we ran out of room. It took 15+ years of HARD work to get where we are now.

I have been to about every Polaris dealer in south west Kansas and most have never seen a Polaris trike. All I can figure is they must be one of the most rare trikes ever built.

I rode Howdy's Polaris and all I can say is that was the cushiest ride Id ever been on! Only thing missing was air conditioning and surround sound. Its like riding an ATC 70 around on rock piles all day, and then hopping on a Gold Wing for street ride.

It is a little bigger than a 250es Big Red, it is also fair amount bigger than the 200cc Big Red.

I do make road trips. I can bring my Scrambler for the right price. Have the dealers contact me for details. lmao

I want another one for me for the Later years in my life. The ride my Scrambler gives is unmatched to any other 3 or 4 wheeler I have been on. And I buy and sell a lot of machines. smoooooommmmmtthhhhhhh Ride. lol
