Yamaha ytm 200e rear end

I have a 1985 Yamaha ytm 200e. I just took the rear end out because whenever it was under a load it would kick the foot pegs, but after I took the rear end out the ring rear looks ok, but I cant see the pinion gear without taking it apart, and messing up the seals, could it be the pinion gear? It only makes noise and kicks when weight is on it, whenever we blocked it up and put it in gear there is no noise or kicking. HELP!

I think the inner splines might be damaged, but I still don't know how to separate the housing on the rear end, does anybody know how to separate the housing? I might need a axle for a Yamaha ytm 200e if anybody has one for sale at a decent price.
