Not sure if this is an aftermarket (most likely), or OEM honda, but they are selling for a good price and I know so many big reds and 250sx's have the kick start slipping problem.

Sure does beat the $90 + shipping from partzilla -> http://www.partzilla.com/parts/detail/honda/HP-91101-HA0-004.html

Not sure why they didn't list it fitting the 250sx, it is the exact same part number for both machines.

Just wondering if anyone had experience with this part from this seller? My cousin needs one for his sx, and one of my big reds it too.

I've used the aftermarket bearings with no issues. I know other guys have used the aftermarket bearings with no reported issues. Just make sure you put it in with the correct side out. The aftermarket bearings aren't always marked "side out" or something to that effect.

Thanks for the input, sounds like I'll be buying two of them.

I put one in my sx and have had no issues & my electric start has not been working so it gets kick started all the time.

Good to hear the aftermarket ones are good quality :D.

What is wrong with the sx, starter, wiring, or the "other" one way bearing?

Switch housing. Starter button got broken out during an unfortunate "tumble" at pennsltucky. I have a new after market switch to replace it but I'm waiting till I reframe (frame did not fair well during tumble either) Picked up a frame off captain weezy at TF. Now just gotta take the time to put in the work of transferring everything.
