I was invite to join a page on Face Book that turned into people talking about a ATC 500r that was a pre production bike and a Honda employee had it at his place in Cal. Marty Harts name kept popping up so to stop all the BS about there being on I contacted Marty himself.

One of the investors at Cammex built a really sanitary CR500 powered 1985 with ST tank setup and such. The only time I rode it was in a buddy race at Ponca City, Oklahoma. I could not get a good feel for it with a 150# Kid on the back behind me. Sucker was a handful, especially with someone pulling on your waist :). I don't remember seeing Team Honda guys on a 3rd gen. Big Trike in the magazines.

But what makes him look bad is last week he was the one that came on the thread that invited me to this page and it turned into a ATC 500r thread some how. Well I called BS on it and since Marty Hart's name was brought up I contacted him. Bill Casey is the one that said there was a microfishe sent out to all the dealers, but didn't have the last three numbers on it so you couldn't order any parts, total BS. But the biggest lie this brought out is Bills bike is based off all the info of the ATC 500r that he personal got from Marty. So this blows a big hole it Bills facts, that TPC bike are from what Marty told him. That's what all the BS is about, that and the evil Face Book which 3 Wheel World now has a page on too!:rolleyes:

Obviously this is a gigantic waste of time. This is why I deleted my Facebook for months and also stayed off of this site for just as long.

Wasting even more time, I just researched 'ol Onelap a bit. I didn't find anything incredibly awful, not that it matters, not that any of this matters, but what I did find is that this man is a habitual pot stirrer. Mickey has been doing this for years, and your multiple profiles on other sites aren't nearly as innocent as you might like to make it seem. For those who have been on this site for a few years, you might still remember my days as an internet arse clown. The thing is though, I was new to the internet and as time passed I learned and my posting, and my life all around, changed for the better. I have evolved. I know nothing of Mickey's personal life aside from his religious beliefs, but his internet posting has always been, and still is, that of a child. From the grammar to the thought processes, the vindictiveness and the spite, and some lying, at least in the past. I'd be really surprised if I found out Mickey wasn't an only child.

As I said elsewhere on this site, the word "petulant" describes this man to a "T". That's not name calling and if it's insulting then maybe some changes are in order, as it is a very accurate description of the online identity of this man. Throw that massive ego in there and viola! Semantics and the drama aside - it is interesting, because the backstory for several years has been that Bill corresponded with Marty Hart in the mid 1990's and learned some things about the pre-production or prototype factory 500R from him. From recollection it was allegedly similar to the 3rd gen R, but hard further back radiators (ala short track kit) and lower seat tank and I don't remember what else the story was. About 3-4 years ago this same topic got blown up into a huge ordeal back then also (I guess it was 5 years ago):

I'm going to find a 86 350x next to build a 502cc bike. I have never real got to build a good handling fast 350x, I have only built them in the 250x and 250r FourTrax frames.

Oh and I should start on my ATC 70, but first I need to get my weight down some more so I can ride it.

Well he got some attention finally.Plus there has been a lack of drama around here anyway..What fun is that.One thing he can't deny is not showing up at events he promised too.Last minute bail.Except once at Breezewood.


When I had my big GNCC race team back in 05' I planed to be at every race, just like I plan to go to different 3 wheeler events, but as a one man band things change every day. So God willing I go when I can, and I don't when something changes. Oh and you forgot the mad 70s event I went to. Sorry if you think putting my customers first is wrong to you, but when a customer can only come on a Sat. then I stay home and make a living.

I vaguely remember (and I could totally be dreaming this) there was a magazine interview from back in the day that interviewed Marty where he talked about testing independent rear suspension on the TRX, and it mentioned the atc 500r? Mickey, reading Marty's response to you, was he talking about the bike actually exsisting, or the fact one is being hidden in a garage? I'd be curious to his response asking if he actually tested the bike, and not if one is in hiding. Maybe ask if he actually tested a prototype 500r back in the day?

I know about the IRS ATC, it was there at Honda when I was. I know that Marty tested a lot of different 500's in different frames. That wasn't what we were talking about. Bill Casey and others were talking about a counterbalanced totally different pre production 500r like nothing any one had seen before, and all the info from that bike is what the TPC bikes are based on according to Bill in his own words. So with the fact that Marty said him self that it isn't true, then what does that say about the TPC bikes, what are they based on?

I'm not going to bug him with a bunch of internet BS. I was shocked he even took the time to respond to that. That a lone stopped all the guys on the Face Book page that said they seen it. They were saying anyone could go see it, until I said I wanted to see it, then the side stepping started. Someone that works for Honda would never risk his job to steel a bike from Honda to keep it from being crushed. Just the stuff I was hearing didn't add up, so I got to the bottom of it, from the one that Bill said told him, that was good enough for me. I bet Marty wouldn't even remember talking to him from the 90's.

Semantics and the drama aside - it is interesting, because the backstory for several years has been that Bill corresponded with Marty Hart in the mid 1990's and learned some things about the pre-production or prototype factory 500R from him. From recollection it was allegedly similar to the 3rd gen R, but hard further back radiators (ala short track kit) and lower seat tank and I don't remember what else the story was. About 3-4 years ago this same topic got blown up into a huge ordeal back then also (I guess it was 5 years ago):

That turned into almost a bloody beat down over the existence or even possible existence of the 500r.


I guess you could argue that Marty changed his mind in talking about it or forgot about it, but seems unlikely.

Good point. There is a parts store on here as well as an ATV classified section. If you're only on 3WW to promote your business perhaps you should be posting / advertising in them. That way you can avoid all the BS on here.

Your level of narcissism is so high you truly do not see yourself talking down to this entire community. There’s something else that’s been bugging me for a while Mickey. When you posted Barnett’s name and your version of his résumé I eagerly jumped onto that bandwagon and bashed away at him too. As pissed off with him as I was at the time it was the wrong thing to do.

Yes Bill has asked me to put my stuff on there but I had some problems posting it and at the time I was working 12-15 hours a day on my two bike trying to get ready to go to trike fest. Bill had bought one of my 350 kits for his Big Red at that time so he offered to help me put my stuff on. Since then I have still been busy running my business and finishing my Big Red. I also am working on a new web site that everyone can see with their smart phones. I really have too many things going on that you guys don't know about. Like I said I'm only one person wearing many hats.

No matter how much you guys want to bash me for this or that I do forgive you guys, I don't hold it against you because I don't know what's going on in your lives, and why I become your punching bad, it's really none of my business. We all have problems and all deal with it in our own ways, I just wish as a group, all the members on the site could quit fighting with each other. There are a lot of strong personalities on here and it's hard to deal with them, but it seams like you guys see me in a totally different way then I see me, and therefore I become the tallest tree in your eyes so I catch the most wind sometimes. You are right I don't see my self as you do, you keep saying I think I'm better then you or anyone on here, and I'm not. Do I share a lot of stuff, yes, but that doesn't make me better. I have fun building new stuff, that's what I do. To me I just have to forgive the people that think I'm there problem because they don't see there own problems. Again, if you have ever been in the engine building business or any business of your own no matter how long it's been nothing ever goes smooth. First off I have been through all the " Don't judge" stuff with you guys before and you don't understand what it means so I won't bother again.

I also went through the Barnett thing too but that's all you guys want to dwell on. He told me to go talk to Jimmy and Donny and anyone else about him and his name, so I did what he told me to do, so why do I own him anything for what he told me to do. Just because I found out more then he liked? Who's at fault, me for doing what he told me. If he has a problem he can come and tell me about it.

Now this is the same thing with Bill Casey, I asked him to go to his good buddy Mart Hart that he said told him all about the ATC 500r, but he wouldn't, so I did just to find out the truth. Well the truth can bite you in the butt can't it! Am I wrong for telling the truth, I think not. I tell you guys the truth that No one comes to the Father but through Jesus, but that truth hurts too, don't change anything, I'll still tell you the truth , mainly because He say to! I have nothing to repent of concerning any of this. My heart is clean.

I just don't really see any insulting part though, the thread was kicked right off with a post that adds no value. What I saw was a credible person post a thread on a hot topic. Solid information right from the horses mouth, and it is instantly met with an attack. This might be just me here, but when I see a thread posted by someone I don't get along with, I don't click on it and drag it through the dirt. I move on to a thread that I can offer valuable conversation in. But I definitely don't "sit the trailprotrailprotrailprotrailpro down and shut the trailprotrailprotrailprotrailpro up" for anyone.

Nothing against anyone at all, just seems like a bunch of avoidable bullsheet..
