RIDE-RED 250r

Yep, done did it again. I traded a youth quad to my brother for another 125m. :) These little buggers seem to keep finding their way to our house. It started by me passing the little quad to my brother for his son to ride. He wasn't going to go for that, so he insisted on trading me for the 125. It needs some work, but it does run despite smoking more than my 2-strokes! LOL!
I contacted a member here through CL on a 125m parts engine. It was good timing to find that as the newly acquired 125m does need some internal parts, mainly in the secondary clutch system. The secondary clutch lifter somehow got damaged to the point of mostly being missing at some point over the years. Hope to pick that parts engine up soon.
But anyway, I kind of like these little machines for letting my kids rip around the backyard and even for putzing around in the back 40 myself. This is the lay-down engine hardtail number 4 now that we have adopted...
I'll get some pics and post em tomorrow. Aside from needing a rebuild and some other internal engine parts, the trike overall is in very good condition and well worth fixing up. :)
