BR250 dropped gear.

Lack of research and knowledge made me do something silly, while looking at the side gear assembly and not even thinking about its internals I pulled it out... And heard a domino effect of gears dropping... Learning the hard way... Now I assume I need to split the case pick it all up and reassemble it correctly, any tips? Torque specs? Things to know? Any help I can get is appreciated,

Yep,you're tearing in :((. Get a good manual{ Honda} I think you can fond one on line. oscarmayer has some available. Tough lesson to learn :(

Shoulda seen my face when I heard the first couple pieces hit the bottom of the case... Awe F! Son of a .... That was dumb. Just pushed my build back a bit further.. Oh well after the experience I can say I learnt what I needed to about the BR lol
