Trying to Help

i'm trying to help a buddy out. He's got a 1996 Polaris 600 xLT. the water pump is toast. Ive got it apart and the bearing is junk. Has anyone ever rebuilt one of these? its a strange bearing, and i can't find a kit or specs on it, or even a part number. Is it rebuildable? I'm not a sled guy at all. Just trying to do a solid for a pal.

Wish I could be of assistance, but I've never done one either. I did a quick google search and it appears to be non-rebuildable. Got any pics of it apart?

from what i've learned, it cannot be rebuilt. or, i should say, its not meant to be rebuilt. i'll post some pictures to see if anyone has any ideas. thanks for looking.
