View Full Version : Is this connector available anywhere?

My 250SX quit on me the other day, and I found it was because there's no plastic connector on the ignition switch wires. The individual spade connectors were just loose and plugged into the female end. Anywhere I can buy the mate for this, so I can have a positive lock and not have it fall apart on the trail?

Yes, Joe @ cycleterminal has a lot of stuff, he ships pretty quick too. I have made probably around $2000 worth of orders from him and never had any issues at all and everything is nice quality. Make sure you have the crimpers to replace the terminals in the connector. I'm pretty sure the green handled one does a pretty good job on them ($32 one).

Looks like the connector you have in the photos is slightly different than the one that came in the kit I bought from him. I'm sure it will plug in, just not sure if the locking tabs are setup the same. I'm not sure what the other end looks like so I might be rambling about nothing important.
