Download a manual yet from this site??- . If you got pictures they help alot too. Is it all hooked up but not starting???? - Or are you not sure where some wires go?? Do you got the points adjusted correctly??? -sometimes theyre just bad....
Lots of smart guys here to help you but you gotta be more clear to get more reponses...

the points are fine in them. This isnt the first time they were rewired so theres handy man joe wiring that is the wrong color of wire. just mainly need to figure out how to wire the ignition coil. i replaced a bad kill switch last night but still the same results

mine dont have head lights but yes ive used the one like that just not with the headlight. i just need to know how to wire the ignition. like does it get ground from the frame when mounted to the bike? or does it need to have a round wire going to it? my ohm meter isnt working right so cant really check to see if its bad...

Yes -ground it to the the frame. I assume it doesnt have a ring terminal on the wire in question? Ground is usually where the coil mounts to the frame.

Got them both them both running. Thanks. I feel dumb not knowing the ignition coil needs positive AND negative(ground) to work. Tia me you very much can't thank you enough. Maybe sometime I the future when my brothers get older and those 70s can't haul them around I'll do a top end swap or something to give it more 'umph' it had a hard time hauling my 200lb butt around.

A Piranha 90cc would be a cheap yet very noticable power upgrade for your trikes while still keeping the auto clutch. To power is smooth so anyone can ride it yet enough to power wheelie in 1st and 2nd gears with a 250 lb person on it. Plus you get a modern 12v CDI ignition system snd loose the old points and condenser to deal with.
