I got a new to me '82 250r Atc. Second one (Not in pic). The rear brake doesn't work. I tried to bleed it, and didn't work, nothing came out (yes, brake fluid is in there) The guy said the o-rings are bad (in master cylinder). I see the bottom two o-rings move! The other Atc they don't. How hard is it to replace?? Where can I get these o-rings at??
TIA

you could probably get a master cylinder off ebay for im guessing 10-20$ ( i dont know about 250r prices) you could try www.BikeBandit.com or maybe check with your local hardware store....THATS what i do!

I don't suggest buying used brake parts on EBAY unless yours is broken or un-rebuildable.
These brakes are 15 yrs old plus and unless they have been gone through recently they can be a headache.
The seals and orings and cups that are found in brake parts aren't that hard or expensive to replace. I did my 250R rear caliper seals for about 15$ because the pistons were fine and it works fine.
Don't beat on it though - once your ready to rebuild it just post a new topic for some help along with a manual and you'll be fine.
