83 200x rebuild, lifan motor, or motor suggestions

Looking to get the old girl going again. What are my best options. Rebuild 33 year old motor or new lifan. Something with kick and electric start. Reverse would be a nice option.

I put a 200cc OHV Locin (same as Lifan) in an 84 200X a few years ago. Had e-start but not reverse. Almost a bolt in but would never be able to kick start it - just not going to happen in the 200X frame.

Had a Bassani exhaust and ran great.

I watched Craigslist for months and bought the whole Chinese dirt bike just for the engine for $180.
