It turns pretty good. Gearing doesn't change at all. The tires just see the track as a perfect road is all. I can still tap top gear and show 50 on the speedo.... Once. Lol!

Take another picture of the rear end (from behind). Now all you need is a ski on the front. That'll be a tank then.

Its really just a tiny trailer. Has a shock and links to the grab bar or rack for a bit of even down pressure...

It's made by Tru-Trax in Isanti Mn. I bought this kit complete with skis and spacers for a couple hundred on Craigslist. I think new it's almost $2k for everything I have. Cool thing is it's completely universal. Goes through deep snow VERY well.

That thing is sweet. Looks like my 70 has a big brother. Just have to make a ski for mine. When are you putting your ski on?

I had a big ski I can't seem to find. This kit came with two skis to replace the front tires if on a 4 wheeler. I really don't see needing one for around here...... Can't get it to slip even. It was great on the four wheeler, but it's just unbelievable on a trike.

Nice find Shovelryder, that looks like a real beast. I had played with a set of tracks I had a couple winters back but the project never went anywhere. I was missing one hub adaptor and money was tighter than tight at the time and I eventually sold the tracks shortly after these pics were taken. That was one of the reasons I eventually fit the machine with the longer TRX swinger. Anyway incase anyone was wondering what an SX would look like with an older set of TJD steer tracks on them, here you go.....
