Help in Id this chain tensioner

I had one those a long time ago, not sure if came on a trike or in parts box.
I imagine that will fit many machines (bikes, trikes, anything with a chain) so long as mounted + adjusted properly.

This is for 1980 - 1983 Honda atc 185 , 185s , 200 Kontiki sold one awhile back.
