Hello all. My love affair started in the 80's when I was too young to have income to afford a machine. Hung out at MX 338 in southwick as much as I could. Fortunately I did have income at the ever so sad ending of 3 wheel racing. I bought an 85 250R off a friend of mine who raced. Loved that machine. Being young & stupid I later sold it & regret it ever since. Hopefully I will own another in the near future. For now just lurking.

Welcome. Im new on here too and I'm the same way man. Had a honda 200 as a kid and sold it and have always wanted another since that day, so a couple weeks ago i finally got me a 200s just like i had as a kid. Love it. I forgot how much fun these machines were.

Welcome, Glad to see some northeast guy's on here....Southwick is the toughest track and is hosting another National this year.....Keep an eye out, you'll find that 250r you've been looking for.....There is a mint one on New Hampshire Craigslist....Good luck

Thanks all. Hey jatteberry I'm glad you got back to that place. That's exactly what I'm looking to do.
NETRA3 Southwick is a great track & I love when the Nationals come to town. Thanks for the lead on the 250R. I'll definitely check it out.

Found a Pic of my brother from 1990.
Definitely a tough track. He is riding our Curtis Sparks Racing 250RX. This is the bike that started the whole 250RX craze. It was build for and raced by Kevin Bernard before we purchased it. It won many races and Nationals including the Grand National Championship in 1989 in the 250 Pro Four Stroke Class.
Southwick is definitely a tough track. It seperated the Men from the Boys!
