86/87 200x Front Axle fitment question - does 250r/350x axle fit?

Hey guys, quick question: Will an 85/86 250r/350x FRONT axle fit the 86/87 ATC200x? I think the spacers are the same, but I do not know if the axles are the same. I know that the 200x axles look different (they have a hold drilled in them) but I am thinking they might still be the same size? Please do let me know. Thanks!!

83/84 R axle can work in 86/87 200x with some shims.

300ex axle has a .25 wider bearing surface but can me make to work also.

If you want a new 300ex style swingarm to run all 300ex rear end stuff and 300ex carrier HREATV information@hreatv.com has one made up which is a bolt on. Guy ordered it and never paid for it.

I put a +4 300ex axle in a 85 200x. It was very simple. See attached.

83-87 200x front axle is the same. so is 83-84 250r axle. nothing is different but a gold wheel.

So to confirm, the front axle from the 350x and 85/86 250r WILL fit an 86/87 200x? I dont mean to sound like a dummy, I just want to make sure that I have the right info! You mention 86/87 250r, but I think you meant 85/86?

yes, front axle from 350x, 85/86 250r and 86/87 200x are the same. 83/84 250r axle is longer, maybe by an inch or so. I will work, but the collared end will stick out some, where the others ones are flush.
