last owner must have ground off first gear!

Well I bought a 84 honda 125 and the guy said it needs a clutch.Well after 20 minutes of riding it,i lost all gears.took it to a local former dealer and He took it apart.Now He says someone just had this thing all apart and took a grinder to the gear so its now a three speed.So now I need a main shaft and counter shaft.Both discontinued.I spent too much on the trike,and now with teardown more money.I need parts or it becomes a parts bike.Too good of shape to just part out!Not sure where to turn now!

I got them!!!!! Now when the mechanic tore it down further,He found the chain came off and cracked the case.then someone welded the crack and cut off the oil passage.Should get it back in a week or so..I would LOVE to ride this trike!
