Not trike-related at all, but I just finished watching "Potomac By Air" on Maryland Public Television and was truly moved. It's a 90 min. aerial tour of the Potomac River from the North and South branches to the Chesapeake Bay with a brief historical narrative. I didn't realize how much of my life was spent around the Potomac…from childhood vacations to Fort Frederick, Harper's Ferry, Great Falls, etc. to taking my children to DC and sitting on the steps of the Jefferson Memorial and boating with my Dad in Va. Just seeing the river's majesty and realizing the history behind it all was awe-inspiring to say the least and I'm suddenly realizing a sense of loss and disconnect being permanently located so far away. Definitely worth a watch; especially if you've experienced the Potomac's beauty firsthand...
