There is a chance that I either ordered the wrong foam or the cover for my US90. Does anyone know if there is a difference in foam for the US90 vs the ATC90?
Thanks,
Ron

Funny, that's the one I bought and having trouble with. It's thick in all the wrong places. Maybe it's my seat cover?
This is the one I bought.

That all looks right. May have to break out the electric knife.
Good Luck!

One important tip is to make sure your material is warm when working with it. It may look like it won't fit, but you'd be surprised how a small move in many different places gets the job done.

Ok, I'll give it a go once I get the seat parts. The cover is almost 4" off up front at the seat sides.

There is not much foam on the us90 seats I have put covers on. really thin in the middle with more foam on back where it humps up. I have only recovered and never purchased new foam. Mine could be that way from 40 years of us fat aaas sitting on them.

I think you are correct. Looking at other pictures and trying to fit the cover it appears that the problem is the thickness. At least up front anyway.

Vintage motorsports sells covers with foam....I would think if you contact them they would be happy to sell you the foam they use and their restores are nice.
