It's an off road go cart with no air filter at all....odd, because it has a "UNI" filter sticker on it which is upside down to everyone but the driver/passenger. Maybe he thought it meant IN - U. Also, he forgot to mention that it (and many others of its type) also boast no type of suspension compression or rebound dampening of any kind and general poor construction throughout...

Obviously he doesn't know that when you run without an air filter you're supposed to take the muffler off too. Sheesh!
