I know there are a million threads but maybe someone can help me
I got a atc 110 and it wont idle no matter what. I have cleaned the carb, checked the valves and checked for a air leak by spraying WD 40 around the carb and where it attaches to the engine
No matter what i do with the mixture and idle screws nothing changes on the bike. It will hold a nice slow idle when its been warmed up if you keep your thumb depressing the throttle about 1/4
I was thinking about maybe buying a cheap china carb to try as maybe one of the internal passages are clogged
Maybe someone else has some ideas though?
I am going to swap the plug, but unfortunately i broke the recoil pully when trying to set the carb
Someone had welded the pawl holder in the past and i guess it was on the fritz already
