They sell the left side from ESR with a billet holder; I like that!

The right side under the clutch cover is the bearing number I cannot find.

Thank you for any help....

BDT did my engine build, and all I can say is that they do great work. They are pricey but the work they performed for me was A+. Let us know what route you end up taking!! Would be nice to have a counter balancer rebuild thread for the DIY people!

16007 is the bearing number. Scribe the gear to shaft for location and press the gear off the shaft with a bearing knife in a press. Swap bearing and press gear back on shaft in the exact location. It takes 10 minutes.

Bdt carlos threw a fit on the trx sight years ago over a coubterbalancer DIY thread. Beating people down that they could not do it right without a special jig. I've done 10...No jig..just common sense...Baby cakes for you DC..

double check the sizes. 39mm is not a normal size. post the EXACT size you get off your caliper. I bet the id is either a 38 or a 40.

I didn't mean it that way, my apologies. I meant every search brought me to a forum with BDT responding to people, offering to rebuild them; But never gave me the bearing number. That was all.

Thanks again!!

what is the benefit of the billet holder?

Mostly that its pretty, but the old original OEM ones can have the end worn out of round (Same for the opposite end in the cases) after years of beating around and wind up with an untight bearing fit on the OD basically.

The billet ones don't break like the OEM holders.

If you break an OEM counterbalance bearing holder, you were long overdue for some new bearings.
