Hi guys,
My name is Bob. I'm in the market for a really nice three wheeler of the performance sort. I'm not new to three wheelers, in fact I have bought two new ones in years (way)past. My first was a 200s Honda and then a 1985 350x. If memory serves the 350X was 1600 bucks new. My cousin and I bought two on the same day in 1985 at Nashua Honda, we were both 19. Anyway I'm coming up on the big 50 and I'm getting nostalgic for the old days. I'm currently looking for a nice 250r or Tecate to ride when my son rides his, ugh, four wheeled contraption. I look forward to getting reacquainted with the three wheeled world.
Btw I think I may have been a member here many many years ago.

Well I got my 50th b-day present! 1985 250R!!! This thing is awesome. Really great shape, all it needs is a new front tire and a rebuild of the rear brake master cylinder.231395

Fantastic! I'd love to have one even I have to wait until I'm 50. 6 more years would be worth it.

Hello NETRA3,
Yes I bought the 250r that was advertised on Craigslist not far from you. It is in great shape and getting better. I'm rebuilding the brake master cylinders and calipers for safety. New front tire etc.
I plan on riding up north, Berlin to Pittsburg. Back in the day I rode my 350X up there from dixville to Errol, but then they kicked atv's off the dirt roads. You could say I road the "wilds" before it became a trail system. Circa 1986?
I also used to ride castle in the clouds from wolfboro to Conway in winter on my 200s circa 1984. That's before the snowmobilers knew what Atc's were and decided they didn't like them. We got the boot there too.
Any way I'm originally from plaistow, and you wouldn't believe the riding we had back then! (80's) I could ride all day from my house, Kingston, Newton, hampstead, and Danville. I wouldn't trade my childhood for anything!!!!!!

Wow...... We will have to get together....I ride in Fremont. but not so much on the railroad bed.....Back in the 80's we too had it made riding the cherry hill area near beverly airport in mass.....We actually bought an '86 Atc 250r and '86 Tecate brand new from north reading honda kawasaki....Man, If I only knew, I would have never sold those......
