dam do i need to do a pressure test

went to start up this dam 2 stroke after it sat for 6 years. thot it was locked up but idk, hit the flywheel a couple times with a nammer and prybar and went to fire it up and it took of. Belched out some wite smoke and bam was a WOT started frantically pulling the air filters off threw my shirt in the intake and it just ate that shtit up. like dam i even cut my hand way open in the frantic rush idk how. Fond the fuel shutoff and managed to shut it down. thot the fuel rack was stuck but nope the throttle was stuck wot :wondering: :idea: got it fixed and it runs like a top now lol. do i need to do a pressure test like dam
