i was thinking maybe i have a air leak somewhere ? i notice when it run i do hear a air sucking sound, possibly the intake tube to the engine from carb? the one that bolts down directly to the engine dosnt have a gasket at all, could that be it?

Spray starter fluid around the intake when it is running (Not in the air box), if the engine revs there is a air leak. (don't use enough to burn down the garage)

thats actually a cool little trick, il try that. and also the idle screw dosnt respond at all, what would cause that?

Your carb is still dirty.

Your carb is still dirty.
what makes you so sure? i cleaned it twice with a whole can of carb cleaner and Q-Tips, also sprayed cleaner thru the jets and even used a guitar string to push out anything else that would have gotten stuck in the jets.

^"Idle screw does not respond at all."
Unless you are confused as to how a carb works or what an idle screw is, which I gather so far that you are not, you have a dirty pilot circuit. Just because the jets are clean doesn't mean the carb circuit, which includes the air bleed, is clean.
Definitely follow RUNMEDOWNS suggestion and post results as well, but an air leak, unless major, will usually only cause the idle to fluctuate.
How many turns out is your fuel mix screw?
