Are you asking how to set the parking brake? Or do you already know how to set it but it isnt engaging?

I had the same issue when I first bought one of my 200X's. It was a quick fix. I just found the parking brake cable and tightened it enough to stop the rear wheels from moving but not so tight that I had to pull in the clutch lever really hard to set it.

Do you have the service manual? If not, try here:

That should help solve a lot of your problems.

You may have already tried this but if I remember correctly theres a parking brake adjusting bolt. Im not around my trike right now to look at it but Im pretty sure all you have to do is back the lock nut off a bit and screw that adjusting bolt in. Thats what I did for mine and it fixed it right up.

Ok, and this didn't work for you? (Starting at the top):

It doesn't look like my screen shot is showing up in Tapatalk. It's on page 3-13 of your manual.

It's a very simple device. It pushes on the piston end when pulled. If the caliper is good and you have the right cable, just adjust it per spec.

Most of them are seized. I tear them off and throw them away and put a block off on them.

Especially people who like water and mud, delete them.

They work as well as the 100,000 Blasters out there with the stock mechanically activated disc brakes that don't work......

I really do not even understand why you need parking brake on a 200x to begin with anyway

Regardless of the fact that they are completely useless and redundant on a machine that has a manual clutch, kudos for working through it, Kid. I must admit that at your age, I knew jack shlt about mechanical braking systems and likely couldn't have cared less.

I do however think that you could keep some of these questions in your original thread, because you do start a LOT of threads about issues with the same bike. Just my $.02, on sale, today only, for the low low price of free.
