I have 4 sets of these all with the centers broken out where the bolts goes in, I've searched, but have yet to find a fix. Fiberglass some fender washers in maybe? Anyone have a solution? Thanks

Yes, go to Service Honda and buy a few sets. They are still available but could drop out any day.....

I repaired two of the mounting holes in my 250R's left radiator shroud. Prior to the repair, the top hole would split open as the mounting bolt was tightened, and the bottom hole was missing half of the plastic that the mounting bolt went through. Both holes were repaired with epoxy applied to the backside of the shroud. Before the epoxy was applied, the plastic surface was thoroughly cleaned, roughened up, and cleaned again. To repair the split in the top hole, a wire loop was bent into shape, which fit around the recessed boss that the bolt goes through. The wire loop holds the split closed, then epoxy was applied over & around the wire loop. To repair the bottom hole, some plastic was cut out of a scrap 250R front fender, and epoxied into place. Epoxy was applied to both the front & backside of the hole for this repair. On the frontside, the epoxy was applied neatly & only within the confines of the recessed bolt hole. It was then sanded smooth & painted red, so you can't even notice it. On the backside, the epoxy repaired areas needed to be fine tuned with a file to allow the shroud to fit properly once again. The shroud was then reattached to the tank using all the OEM hardware (bolts & shouldered washers). It's been about 2 years since the repair, and they're still holding up great.
