Looks like I may have been swindled into a sheng way made keihin knock-off. Notice the threaded tip of the slow jet. A standard keihin jet wont work.

I was thinking it would not be an easy answer; given that I can only find a few picks of such a jet on Google. I am thinking I may just try to tap the housing to take a Keihein pilot jet. If it does not work I will need to replace the carb anyway since I can not find jets. (Stock says 35 pilot, I need a 40. The main jets do swap with stnd. Keihein)

I think Suddco has an online catalog. That will identify it for you but it's a 25$ minimum....

stick some drill bits in it and measure them. Then just drill it out, going up a size at a time. If you go to far, solder it back up and start over.

If you mess up... you needed a real carb anyways lol.

I did some searching on google images. I found 1 image that had a similar jet. Do a search for pd3 jet carburetor. Scroll to about the 10th row down, you'll see it. Maybe the site it's hosted on (a forum) can shed some light on it.

Yeah, I haven't seen a pilot jet like that, Keihin or Mikuni... weird. Also didn't know chinese knock-offs were coming with the actual word "Keihin" on the slide housing like that...That's dirty.

I know it's not an answer to your question but if I may, I would just get a proper Keihin and be done with it and save myself the hassle of trying to make a Keihin pilot jet work in that hermaphrodite carb.

Thanks for the help guys, i just picked up some micro drill bits and compared it to a #40 I had in the parts bin, got the exact size needed and drilled it out. Only to notice a pin hole in on of the hoses running to the accelerator pump, long story short; with new hoses there is not enough clearace next to the upper shock mount so I am back to square one and cleaning a genuine 27mm keihin carb up to use. Unless I can bend the intake a few mms to one side (heatgun?) The pumper carb wont fit.

Point of interest, specifically paragraph #2 where it asks "What can you do?" and how it goes on to say chinese manufacturers are selling knock-offs and passing them off as Mikuni and Keihin carbs.... Real dirty....

But I did find this page, http://www.made-in-china.com/products-search/hot-china-products/Keihin_Carburetor.html

While I didn't look for your jet you need in the size you need, you might be able to find what you need there.

Steve, didn't you squeeze an FCR into one of these 200X chassis'?

There's a pumper carb for ya
