Putting new fork seals and wheeling bearings into a '83 200X

Both kits are from All Balls

The fork shafts look good. No pitting and look to be in good condition. Wheel bearings had some play. Took the front end apart yesterday. Cleaned it.

Front axle shaft... Spacer was seized on a bit. Took a bit of heat. Got it loose. :)

Going to clean up the axle shaft. Looks to be in good shape.

OK. What grease are people using for the axle? Moly? Regular? I have the manual.

Going to run ATF as far as the forks. I get it free. :)

All went well. I used regular grease.

As far as the forks. Fluid was dirty and some debris at the bottom. Cleaned it all up. Ready to roll again. :)
