85/86 200x with blue headlight?

saw this confogled thing and it looks like a 85 because of the tank but the white fenders make me think different and the blue head light?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? pictures are bad quality so i cant tell if it has the 86 87 square tube frame

That's definitely a 85. The front fender and the muffler give it away. Get rid of the trail pros and it doesn't look like that bad of a wheeler. Pretty good price also.
