ATC 110 into CT 70

Anyone ever tried to put a late model 110 engine into a Honda CT70 frame?

First it's not the same bolt pattern,110 engine is longer,not sure if it clear front fender

Was on the site, seen a wiring harness for conversion, but no hardware.Was I in the wrong spot?
