Hi nipper. Its really quite hard to tell exactly which trikes were imported here. From what I've stumbled across it seems that Tri-Z's were quite popular here, and over where Im from the honda utility trikes, from the 250es down to the little 70 seem quite popular. There is an obvious lack of honda sport trikes, though Im sure there were a few brought over. Maybe with me being from across the water a little the sport wasn't as big over here. Have you came across many in the mainland??

but i have seen a honda 250r sports trike and quite alot of tri z's
have also heard of a kawazaki 250 over hear but was wondering wether the 250r and kawazaki 250 were officaly imported to this country?

All the honda utility bikes were imported from 70 to 250.
200x also in quite large quantities. All 250r's in small numbers, mainly for racing. Its very lucky to find a decent 250r over here.
Alot of tri-z were imported but alot were turned into quads.

Large amounts of 70 and 110s still about but fewer of the working bikes as they wore out eventually.

We have got a 350x, (is it the only one??), but it came via dubai from the US a few years ago as a personal import.

As far as I am aware the 250sx's and the 86/87 200x's were never imported, or the Kawasaki Tecate's, but I think there were some Kawasaki utility bikes imported.
The Yamaha YTM 200E and YT60L (TRI Zinger) were imported.
If I think of any more I will let you know
Jason :)
