ok i ws trying to put air in my front forksright, so i took them off the ground liek you suppose to. filled them to 10 psi on each one, and they were leaking? i had just changed the fork oil the day before. they forks loost all their air so i filed them agin and listened for a air leak. and the valves were leaking. tried to pull the left side valve off and it broke, i tried to pull it out and then the spring for the valve came out and the little valve its self fell in to the forks i think beacosue i couldnt get the 17mm bolt off the top, but im gunna use the air wrench today when i get hoem from school, any one got any ideas if the valve fell down into the shock? or do you think ill get it out? no matter wha i did i couldnt get tha 17mm bolt back off but i did ge the other one off, so you guys think its the valve core is where the air was leaking?

10 psi is too much - there should only be a couple of PSI in there if any air at all.

Lots of places they can leak air. But a little spit or water will show where - usually the fork seals themselves will leak out the air overnight.

Your valve core is now down in the leg somewhere and could get stuck in an oil damping hole etc.
