Anyone have a replacement for the studs that connect the cylinder jug to the crankcase? It appears they're discontinued.

I suggest you contact Greg at Off Road Innovations. He specializes in Tecates and replacements for discontinued parts. Failing that, you might try studs from the 250R or other machines.

1st gen, but I think its the same stud for 2nd gen too.

You can just use studs from Dorman.
