Finally got my DURO 2 plys mounted on my freshly refurbished rims. Love they way they look and ride so much nicer than the 6 plys. Should have done this sooner! https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170316/82616765caff04df39ed7e87e40a5fd3.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170316/05545fce5d28b19cc36d3a7a2b0cd85d.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170316/a4008df3133a02ddb2e6d6b4e2810b82.jpg

The 2 ply tires are excellent on frozen ground to. I got the cheap cheng shin tires and I really like them

That's one nice looking big red. Looks like you have some cool buildings and scenery for some fantastic pictures. Share more pics please

Great pictures Matt! I like all the accessories you've got on your BR. The rims turned out stellar.

What is the truck in the background used for?

Thanks for all the comments fellas. I try keep her real tidy and functional. Had the old girl since I was 14, now 29. I wish I had more pictures to share, I might have a few that I will dig up and post later.

The ute in the background is my work ute (I'm a carpenter) it's a 2004 Nissan Navara. I also do a bit of long range touring and 4x4ing so it's equipped with a bullbar, winch, fridge, 65L water tank under the tray, heat exchange shower, onboard air compressor etc etc. I also have a rooftop tent that goes on for sleeping quarters. Its been a great reliable truck for many years. Also serves as my tow vehicle, it's a real all rounder.

Awesome little bit of history on the BR! Yeah some before and after pictures would be cool of it.

that rooftop tent I bet goes far out in the bush. Very nice truck and its equipped nicely.

Yeah your right it's a nice little creature comfort for when me and the mrs are away for weeks on end. Will have to try and dig up some more pictures of the bigred as it progressed. Only really just finished it properly this last year to be honest.

It's nice seeing a big red without 26+ inch mud tires for once.

I really don't have any other pictures of the old girl. Wish I still had them. Will be sure to take more pics of my other bikes and building out on our property next time I am there. Yeah I definitely like the look of the ES with stock tyres and something simple like knobbies. Just looks classic. Thanks again for the feedback.

Very nice machine! How will the 2 plys hold up to punctures and such in your terrain? I'm sure Australia must have some ridiculously spiky plants and bushes around to go with your deadly snakes and insects :0

Haha yeah that is a fair point. I guess time will tell but yeah there is a lot of rocks where I ride so I hope it holds up ok.
