Took the shocks apart on my daughters zinger as there is play/slop in them. I had ordered the rubber stops for them so have new ones to put in but there were really nothing wrong with the old ones. The slop seems to be in the nylon bushings I'm guessing. Being that these are not replaceable (welded in) and no longer available has anyone found a fix for this?

My daughter does not ride this hard. I was thinking about wrapping a extremely tight layer of electrical tape around bushing and packing it with grease. (Yes I'm a hillbilly). Even if I had to do this every few years. Any thoughts? Or should I be the first to try?

Post fairly close up high resolution photos of the the offending area so everyone can see exactly what you are dealing with.

I vote for the hill billy home cure, the only way to go is up from where your at now!

Replacing old parts, meh lil duct tape n goat urine goes a long way!
