86-87 tecate fork help

My fork leg has the brake line holder tab broken off. Can anyone give me leght x width x height so I can get one machined and welded to the fork. I have the cable holder that would bolt to it just missing the flange peice.

It's 28.14mm x 6.35mm x 16.9mm. Let me know if you need a pic of the tab.
