Well today I headed out to White Lake MI, and had some fun on my 250R instead of my El Tigre' 440 because I've been waiting on parts for 2.5 weeks now. I tried my best at some circle track ice racing when no-one was there and now I have a new found respect for you guys who can race on thsoe ice tracks like nothing. I kept spinning out, going off the track, hitting patches of packed snow and almost flipping. A lot more challenging than i thought I also didnt have any studs that probably didnt help. I managed to see a small plane land and take off, get hit by a drunk snowmobiler on a brand new Yamaha 700 triple. No damage to my machine, and his nice aluminum foot peg/area where u rest your foot was all bent from hitting my back wheel. He was soooooo drunk it wasnt funny, he left right after it happened too. I also managed to loose a race to a Raptor because It's hard to shift in snow boots and my machine is very picky about going into gear. I think I have some worn parts in there.

I tried that but I still managed to spin out. My balance isn't the greatest either.

to slide, u need to have a good knowledge of exactly wuts goin on with trailprotrailpro bike. brakes are not always neccessary. i simply turn to the inside of the slide, let the gas out compleely, then give it wide open. if the rear wheels dont feel like breaking loose, then rev it till they do, go from idle to wide open repeatedly till the f--kers spin. when trailprotrailpro 3/4 through the slide, counter steer, and ease off the throttle. if trailprotrailpro front tire slides along the ice, then let the throttle out completely, and it will catch from the forward weight transfer. ive been riding my trike all winter and have had many adventures with ice. also, to slide, when u go into it, move to the outside of the slide until u start to slide (put all trailprotrailpro weight on the outside tire) then lean all the way over to the inside, and get about eye level with the bars, hook trailprotrailpro leg over the bike and SLIDE!!! takes some practice, but once u master this, u can slide perfect every time. its so much fun when u finally get it right. my friends 250R slides at the bottom of the powerband, and from riding my tri-moto and havin to force it to slide, the 250R is a piece of cake for me. have fun with this and dont kill urself too badly. peace out, tony
