1984 200es Leaking Oil

Hi I have a 1984 200es that is leaking oil from the output shaft. I don't have a rubber boot on there but it looks like the oil is coming from further up. Is there a seal in there that should be holding the oil in. I have looked but I can't find a seal to get that could be the problem. I have circles where the oil is dripping from in the picture. If anyone could help me and point me in the right direction it would really help.

Yes there would have to be a seal there to keep the oil in.

Which seal would it most likely be. I have look all over and I cant find anything on it or anyone else who has had this problem?
