When a person replies through the provided e-mail, the seller cannot see that e-mail, already? Just curious, because I've replied to ads before but never sold.

The seller can hit the reply button and respond. It's a scam. That guy is trying his damndest to get PII from people any way he can.

Thanks^^I'm not sure how or if someone can use my e-mail against me, but I'm guessing they can.
I questioned people being able to see my email when I replied because I've replied to ads that seemed like great buys and no response back. I'm wondering if they want an email to scam. I'm pretty ignorant to any thing techno.

I sent him an email. Let's see where this goes. If he responds thru e-mail...When I ask for pics...I bet I get the "camera is broken" response. I've dealt with a bunch of these type deals with no issues.

So what's his angle? What does he have to gain by knowing your email. Please excuse my naivety, but these scams keep popping up, and I'm trying to understand how these guys work.

I got a response back and a bunch of pics too. Seems as though the husband passed away and the widow wants it gone. Here's the response I got:
"I'm selling my 3-wheeler for $1,500, because my husband died two months ago, he had a heart attack. I decided to sell the house and I moved to my mom, trying to start a new life. With a price like that, you might expect it to have some problems, but this 3-wheeler is in excellent condition - both mechanically and electrically, no damage history.
The 3-wheeler is back in Twin Falls, ID. The thing is, right now, I'm not there because I'm a maintenance worker for the state of Idaho - we're currently working on the highway. If you have any other questions, or need more info, please feel free to ask. Below you can find some specs and all the pics i have.
Type : Three Wheeler
Mileage : 9,892
Engine Size (cc) : 250
Transmission : Manual
Drive Train : 2-Wheel Drive
Weighs : 220 Pounds
Title : Clear
Everything works as it should. Great compression, all stock engine. These are the items I have replaced over time. It has New front and rear fenders, new tires, new handlebars and grips, new chain and new headlight bulbs. I also have the original fenders that are in great shape and a brand new black seat cover with the Yamaha logo on the back that will go with the buyer. Im sure I've left something out so feel free to email me with any questions you may have."

You guys will have to draw up your own conclusion on this one. Nice lookin' Z if it's legit.

This same Tri-z was for sale here in NY earlier this summer. Earlier this year there was an oem 88 trx 250 in mint condition for sale in several states for $1000 and then dropped to $900 couple of the ads for the trx were the same description but most had different description.
